A transparent look at exactly how we research, evaluate, and score prostate health supplements — so you can trust our findings.

The supplement review industry has a serious credibility problem. Most "review" sites are thinly disguised affiliate pages that give every product 5 stars and never publish a negative word. We built this site to be different — which means showing you exactly how we arrive at our conclusions so you can judge for yourself whether our process is trustworthy.
🔍 Our commitment: Every review on this site follows the same 5-step process. We do not accept payment to alter published scores. We include genuine negative reviews and real product limitations in every assessment.
We compile the complete ingredient list from the product label and conduct a systematic search of PubMed and Cochrane Library for every ingredient. We record: study design (systematic review, RCT, observational, in vitro), sample sizes, dosages used, study duration, and key outcomes. Only human clinical studies are used as primary evidence in our reviews.
Not all studies are equal. We assess evidence quality using a modified GRADE framework. A Cochrane systematic review of multiple RCTs carries far more weight than a single small observational study. We specifically note: effect sizes (how large the benefit was), study duration (short studies may miss cumulative effects), population characteristics (are the study subjects similar to the intended supplement users?), and whether results have been replicated independently.
We evaluate the manufacturer on four transparency criteria: (1) Are exact ingredient dosages disclosed on the label? (2) Is the manufacturing facility verifiably FDA-registered and GMP-certified? (3) Are the marketing claims compliant with FDA supplement regulations — no disease cure claims? (4) Is the refund policy clearly stated and honored in practice? Products with undisclosed dosages receive a capped transparency score regardless of other strengths.
We analyze verified customer reviews with a specific focus on: realistic outcome timelines (when did users first notice changes?), side effect patterns, customer service responsiveness, and refund process experiences. Critically, we deliberately seek out and include negative and mixed reviews — not just positive ones. A review section showing only 5-star results is not honest and does not reflect real-world supplement performance, where individual results vary significantly.
We compare each reviewed product against its leading alternatives using only factual, publicly available information. We use neutral, descriptive language in comparison tables — not biased checkmarks designed to favor the affiliate product. We always note explicitly that no independent head-to-head clinical trial comparing the specific products exists, and that the appropriate choice depends on individual health situations.
This website earns affiliate commissions when readers purchase products through our links. This commercial relationship is disclosed on every single page of this site, above the fold, before any commercial content is encountered.
Our conflict of interest policy: affiliate commission rates do not influence our published scores. Products are evaluated identically regardless of whether we earn a higher or lower commission. We have published critical assessments of products we are affiliated with when the evidence warranted it. Our editorial team makes scoring decisions independently of any commercial considerations.
All reviews are updated: when product formulas change, when significant new clinical evidence is published for key ingredients, when pricing or guarantee terms change, or at minimum once per year. Every review page displays a "Last Updated" date so you can assess recency.
If you have questions about how we arrived at a specific conclusion, identified a factual error, or want to understand our scoring for a specific product, please contact us. We respond to all substantive editorial inquiries.
